TERMS & CONDITIONS

Subscriptions and Billing

Phase #01 is a one time fee of $65 and will not auto-renew.  It is valid for as long as you are in Phase #01 or until you wish to cancel and leave the fold.

Both Phases #02 and #03 are subscriptions that are valid until canceled. These subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis on the date you bought the plan.

If you are moving from Phase #02 to Phase #03, your subscription to Phase #02 will not automatically cancel. That must be done manually from our end.

**When you have been cleared by our directors to move to Phase #03, please purchase the Phase #03 plan and then email me at guidepost.subversivefitness@gmail.com to cancel Phase #02. This will help to ensure you are not double billed the next month. **

If you wish to cancel altogether and leave to program, again, please email me at guidepost.subversivefitness@gmail.com and I will make sure your subscriptions are cancelled.

We do not pro-rate our subscriptions and we do not issue partial refunds for plans cancelled mid-month.
